Program Description
This 30-minute program for newcomers provides a brief introduction to Arlington Street Church and Unitarian Universalism. Stop in and meet other newcomers as well as Gene Navias, our retired associate minister, who conducts the program.

Leader Profile
Gene as everyone calls him is actually the Rev. Dr. Eugene B. Navias, ASC’s associate minister emeritus. Gene is a lifelong Unitarian Universalist (UU) and a graduate of a Universalist theological school, who served churches in Cleveland, Ohio, Concord, New Hampshire. In addition to his work in congregations Gene worked with the Religious Education Department of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) where he was a consultant, leader in sexuality education, pioneer in professional training programs, and song writer. From 1993 – 1999 he was ASC’s associate minister. On Sunday mornings you’re apt to see Gene in his pew with his partner, Jim.
